Extended Deadlines For Tangipahoa Resources Due To Hurricane IDA

Here are some notices of extended deadlines for assistance:

• 25 Parishes are eligible for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ “Operation Blue Roof” as well as FEMA’s Individual Assistance and Public Assistance:  Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, Lafourche, Terrebonne, Assumption, St. James, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, St. Mary, St. Martin, Iberia, Iberville, Ascension, East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Pointe Coupee, West Feliciana, East Feliciana, Livingston, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, Washington, and St. Tammany • Applications for Operation Blue roof has been extended until October 15.

 Out of state Hurricane IDA Survivors can reach Louisiana 211 at 800-755-5175

• The Crisis Cleanup Hotline has been activated to support residents in need of assistance. The hotline has been extended until October 8: 844-965-1386

• The Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (DSNAP) has been extended to Wednesday, October 13. Registration information can be found at: http://www.dcfs.louisiana.gov/page/dsnap
