Regional Commission Members,

I hope you all are staying healthy during this pandemic.  LERN has been supporting regional activities and response as best we can. Attached you will find a press release noting a decline of hospital activations for Stroke and STEMI patients that coincides with the onset of the COVID-19 crisis in Louisiana. As you all know, it is imperative the public seek medical treatment by calling 911 at the onset of signs of stroke or a heart attack. We are releasing this to various media outlets to try to get the message out.  Please share this with your professional and personal networks to amplify the message.
