Road Closures - December 3rd and 4th, 2018

AMITE—Four Tangipahoa Parish roads will be closed for six hour intervals next week as Road and Bridge crews complete cross drain and culvert replacement projects.

Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said Road and Bridge crews will be working Dec. 3 and 4 to complete several outstanding cross drain replacement projects on local roads. Each roadway will be closed for approximately six hours while the process is being completed, Miller said.

Closures are scheduled as follows:

On Monday, Dec. 3, Snowfield Road and Camp Moore Road will be closed for cross drain replacement.

On Tuesday, Dec. 4, Edgar Traylor Road and Cannino Road will be closed for cross drain and culvert work.

Closures are scheduled from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. on the day of construction. During that time frame, no traffic will be allowed to pass in the construction zone. Detours will be posted, Miller said.
