Road Work - Premo Lane will be closed Wednesday

AMITE—Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller announced today that Premo Lane will be closed Wednesday for bridge work.

Miller said the Tangipahoa Parish Road and Bridge crew will be changing out the old wooden bridge on Premo Lane this Wednesday, Aug. 22. As a result, Premo Lane will be closed from 8 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. for road work.

No traffic will be allowed on Premo Lane during this construction, Miller said.

Premo Lane is located north of LA 16 and east of LA 1054. The bridge is located approximately three-tenths of a mile east of LA 1054.
