Road Work Update For August 08 through August 14, 2020

HAMMOND—Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said Professional Plaza Drive will be closed this Saturday, Aug. 8, for overlay work, weather permitting.

Miller said the roadway will be closed from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., and only emergency vehicles will be allowed through during this construction period.

In addition to the Professional Plaza project, Miller said the parish contractor will be dressing the following streets during the week of August 10:

*On Monday, August 10, crews will dress S. Thibodeaux and Hoffman Court;

*On Tuesday, August 11, crews will dress Cassidy and Emerald;

*On Wednesday, August 12, dressing work continues on Mooney Avenue, 3rd Street and East Hanson;

*On Thursday, August 13, the contractor will dress E. Hanson, Brandon Court, and Brandon Drive;

*On Friday, August 14, dressing crews will continue work on Brandon Court and Brandon Drive;

All work will be posted on the day of construction.
