Road Work Update For The Week Of May 03-07th, 2021

HAMMOND—Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said road crews will be back at work on Monday with a full week of construction plans.

On the schedule for next week’s overlay:

*Asphalt patching is scheduled on Phoenix Square;

*Asphalt overlay is scheduled on R Harper, River Crest, Octavia, Freret, Campbell, Travis, and Schum;

*Crews will be milling Phoenix Square and Hood Road; 

*Shoulder work is planned on Brown, Broadwalk, Campbell, Travis, Live Oak, and F Joiner;

*Cement work is at the Arena, Wheat Crest, and Osceola.

All work is weather-permitting, Miller said. Signs will be posted on the day of construction, and Miller reminds motorists to use alternate routes, where possible, due to traffic delays during the construction period.
