Road Work Update For Wednesday November 04, 2020

HAMMOND—A portion of Happywoods Road will be closed for approximately four hours on Wednesday, Nov. 4, as Tangipahoa Parish Road and Bridge crews complete a cross drain replacement project.

Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said crews will replace a cross drain that is located approximately 200 feet south of the intersection of Happywoods Road and W. Club Deluxe Road. 

The closure is scheduled from 8 a.m. until noon on the day of construction. During that time frame, no traffic will be allowed to pass through the construction zone. Detours will be posted, Miller said.
