LORANGER—Due to the forecast calling for rain, a cross drain replacement previously scheduled for this Wednesday, Jan. 27, has been postponed until next week.
Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said crews will need to close North Cooper Road between Easley Road and Cory Road in order to replace three failing culverts. Miller said that due to Wednesday’s inclement weather forecast, crews will push back this work until Wed., February 3. At that time, detours will be posted, and no traffic will be allowed to enter the area or leave during the construction period.
All work is scheduled on a weather permitting basis, Miller said.
