WHAT: Enhanced Risk of Severe Weather and Slight Risk of Flooding Rainfall.

WHEN: Mainly this evening, overnight into early Wednesday morning.

WHERE: All of SE LA and southern MS.

CONFIDENCE: We have higher than normal confidence on severe weather and low confidence on the potential for flash flooding.
