Subsurface Drainage Work Begins Today on Minnesota Park Sidewalk Project

HAMMOND—Subsurface drainage work is scheduled to begin today (Monday, Nov. 28) on the Minnesota Park sidewalk project in Hammond.

Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said the contractor will begin installing the drainage work on Monday with plans to complete that portion of the project on Tuesday, Nov. 29.

Motorists can expect delays during this process, Miller said.

Work on the sidewalk project is expected to continue through the holidays.

All work is weather-permitting. Any related closures will be posted on the day of construction.
