AMITE—Tangipahoa Parish residents who want to evacuate their homes to a shelter can now do so if they have transportation to get to Baton Rouge.

AMITE—Due to the impact of Hurricane Ida, Tangipahoa Parish Government will institute a parish-wide curfew starting at 9 p.m., on Sunday, Aug. 29, and continuing until 6 a.m., on Monday, Aug. 30.
