Cross Drain Work Planned Tuesday 10/02/20 On John Wild Road

PONCHATOULA—A portion of John Wild Road in Ponchatoula will be closed for approximately four hours on Tuesday, Oct. 6, as Tangipahoa Parish Road and Bridge crews complete a cross drain replacement project.

Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said crews will replace a cross drain that is located approximately 2500 feet south of the intersection of John Wild Road and LA 22. 

The closure is scheduled from 8 a.m. until noon on the day of construction. During that time frame, no traffic will be allowed to pass through the construction zone. Detours will be posted, Miller said.
