WHERE: Mainly across areas southwest of a line from Woodville to Laplace to Galliano CONFIDENCE: We have high confidence in the occurrence of numerous showers and storms today. We have little confidence that heavy rainfall will lead to any significant impacts.

Generally, 0.5 an inch or less of rain is forecast for much of the area, however, a few areas will likely see greater than 2 inches of rainfall in a relatively short period
