            Time: 10am-2pm  

Site 2:  Tangi Parish Florida Parishes Arena:  1301 NW Central Avenue | Amite, LA 70422
            Date: Thursday, Feb. 11th
            Time: 10am-2pm  

Site 3:  Washington Parish Fairgrounds: 100 Main St. Franklinton Louisiana 70438 
            Date: Thursday, Feb. 11th 
            Time: 10am-2pm  

People can pre-register using the following link: https://laredcap.oph.dhh.la.gov/surveys/?s=RCD74AWXHH.  They can also call any of the Region 9 Parish Health Units for assistance with registration, if they do not have access to the internet and/or have any technology challenges (computer, smart phone, registration link, etc.).

**People who arrive without an appointment may not be vaccinated, and they must meet the current vaccination priority groups listed below to be vaccinated.

·         Persons ages 65 years or older in the community,

·         Health-related support personnel (labs, mortuary, pharmacy),

·         Outpatient clinic providers and clinic staff,

·         Urgent care clinic providers and staff,

·         Community care clinic providers and staff,

·         Behavioral health providers and staff,

·         Dialysis providers and recipients,

·         Professional home care providers (including hospice workers) and home care recipients (including older and younger people with disabilities over the age of 16 who receive community or            home-based care, as well as clients of home health agencies),

·         Interpreters and Support Service Providers (SSP’s) working in community and clinic-based settings and clients who are both deaf and blind,

·         Dental providers and staff, and

·         Students, residents, faculty and staff of allied health schools (if not already receiving vaccine or in a plan to receive from their respective schools).
