Road Work Update For The Week Of April 26-30th, 2021

HAMMOND—Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said road crews will be back at work on Monday with a full week of construction plans.

On the schedule for next week’s overlay:

*Asphalt patching is scheduled on Campbell, East Hoffman, River Crest, R Harper, Octavia, and Freret;

*Asphalt overlay is scheduled on Brown, Morgan Howes, Live Oak, F Joiner, Broadwalk, Campbell, Travis, and Schum, River Crest, R Harper, Octavia, and Freret;

*Crews will be milling Phoenix Square and Hood Road; 

*Shoulder work is planned on Ciolino, Pleasant Ridge, East Hoffman, Broadwalk, and Campbell;

*Cement work is scheduled on Thursday at the Riding Arena.

All work is weather-permitting, Miller said. Signs will be posted on the day of construction, and Miller reminds motorists to use alternate routes, where possible, due to traffic delays during the construction period.
