WHAT: Marginal Risk for severe weather.
WHEN: During the day on Tuesday.
WHERE: The majority of southeastern Louisiana and a small portion of western coastal Mississippi.

1 to 2.5 inches of rain is forecast across portions of southeastern Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

Locally higher amounts will be possible, especially across southeastern LA

Ponding of water in low lying and poor drainage areas is likely, with localized flash flooding possible

Additional rises on area rivers will be possible.
