Temporary Road Closures Between Duncan Ave. and LA 1054, Tangipahoa Parish 8/3/2120

Amite - LA 16 will have intermittent road closures with 3 to 5-minute durations between Duncan Ave. and LA 1054 on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, between the hours of 9 AM to 9 PM for movie production. Amite City Police will be on-site to monitor and release traffic ques, if or when necessary.

Permit/Detour Section:

LA 16 Eastbound motorists can avoid the temporary road closure by taking US 51 north to LA 10, then east to LA 1054, then south to re-intersect LA 16.

LA 16 Westbound motorists can avoid the temporary road closure by taking LA 1054 north to LA 10, then west to US 51, then south to re-intersect LA 16.
