Changes from previous update: 

• Tropical Storm Warnings have been cancelled. However, Storm Surge Warnings remain in effect.

Overview:

• TD Cristobal will move north-northwest into Arkansas by this afternoon and evening.

• Rain bands wrapping around Cristobal still have the potential to produce several rounds of heavy rainfall that could produce flash flooding in areas of persistent rainfall.

• Onshore winds will continue to produce coastal flooding along open shorelines. Inundation depths of 3 to 5 feet are expected from the mouth of the Mississippi River to Ocean Springs with 1 to 3 feet possible along shorelines elsewhere on the Mississippi and southeast Louisiana coasts.

• A few tropical storm force wind gusts are possible over portions of SE LA and S Mississippi

• Isolated tornadoes will be possible in rain bands
